Kandivali splits into two access problems. Kandivali East — Thakur Village, Thakur Complex, Akurli Road, Hanuman Nagar — is high-rise societies with vendor forms and a service lift that has a clock. Kandivali West — Mahavir Nagar, Charkop sectors, Lokhandwala Township, Poisar — includes lower buildings where the shutter goes up a stair. Society rules are the schedule
Thakur Village and similar East-side complexes often want a vendor form, a refundable deposit, and a lift booking. Charkop sectors often want the pieces before a certain hour because the lane is the parking. Send whichever rule you have. We would rather delay a day than argue at a gate with a loaded tempo. Parking for our vehicle is your society’s decision. We do not assume a bay.

- Wardrobe: from ₹22,000 (roughly 6×8 ft hinged). Sliding is itemised separately.
- Kitchen: from ₹85,000 (roughly 10 ft straight). A shorter galley is not automatically that figure.

We complete the parts that are ours and carry the documents the building asks for. You introduce us to the society if they only accept forms from the member. Send the blank form early. A visit that cannot enter the gate is a wasted slot.
Yes, if we know before we build. Long shutters can be planned as pieces that turn a landing. Finding out on install day means a return trip. The method is on the quote.
