Malad is two visits, not one keyword. Malad West — Link Road, Orlem, Liberty Garden, Evershine Nagar, and the lanes toward Marve — is a different drive from Malad East past the station, Daftary Road, and Pathanwadi. Typical Malad jobs
- Sliding wardrobes where a hinged door would block the bed. Hinged is still right when the room has the swing — see wardrobes
- Parallel or straight kitchens in 8–10 ft galleys, with the sink unit specified for a wet wall
- Loft shutters, shoe racks, and a TV unit on a living-room wall that also holds the electrical board
- Packing where an older building’s floor is out by more than a few millimetres
Link Road access and creek-side damp
Link Road towers often want the tempo in a service lane and out before evening peak. Send the loading rule with the photos. Orlem and the Marve side stay damp longer after rain than a flat three roads inland. That changes the sink carcass, not the shutter colour. Mindspace and the office belt are not the residential job. If you live in a society behind that belt, say the building. Sliding when the bed or the door swing leaves no arc. Hinged when the front is clear, because it usually costs less for the same carcass and opens fully. We say which after we measure, not from a photo of someone else’s room.
Only inside the building’s window. Many towers want a service lane and a morning slot. Send that rule first. We do not block Link Road at 6pm with a tempo.
