Mumbai Master Carpentry works with interior designers, architects and design studios as the workshop that turns approved drawings into kitchens, wardrobes, wall panelling, TV units and custom furniture, finished in our workshop and installed on site in Mumbai.

What we take off your plate
- Build to drawings. We work from your elevations, sections and material schedule, not our own idea of the design
- Shop drawings before production. We check site dimensions, raise queries, and share shop drawings for your sign-off
- Factory finish. Shutters and panels are cut, edge-banded and finished in the workshop for clean edges and consistent laminate or veneer faces
- Site supervision. A supervisor from our team owns each job on site and keeps you updated on progress
- Agreed timelines. A schedule set against your drawings and site readiness, with changes flagged in writing
- White-label if you want it. We can work on site as your execution team, with client communication routed through your studio

Most design packages include a mix of modular kitchens, wardrobes and walk-in wardrobes, TV units, wall panelling, false-ceiling carpentry, doors and loose custom furniture. For commercial fit-outs we also build reception desks, cabins and storage; see office carpentry.

How a design project runs with us
- Send the drawings. Share PDFs or CAD exports with the material and hardware schedule on WhatsApp or email
- Itemised quote. We price line by line: carcass board, shutter finish, hardware brand and installation, so you can compare and present it to your client
- Site measurement and shop drawings. We measure the actual site, resolve any differences from the drawings with you, and share shop drawings for approval
- Production and samples. Laminate, veneer and edge samples can be confirmed before cutting starts
- Installation and snagging. Our team installs, the supervisor runs a snag list with you, and workmanship is covered by our 1-year warranty

Working around site realities
Mumbai sites rarely match drawings to the millimetre. Old walls lean, ceilings sag, and outer walls take monsoon damp. We measure before production, tell you where the drawing needs adjustment, and plan scribes, fillers and moisture-resistant boards where needed. We also agree the order of trades with you: civil, plumbing and electrical points, and ceiling work need to be done before joinery goes in.

Yes. Send the joinery drawings, elevations and material schedule. We review them, check site dimensions, raise any queries and share shop drawings for your approval before production starts. We build to the approved drawings and flag changes in writing rather than improvising on site.
Yes. If you prefer, our team works on site as your execution team, and we deal with your client only in the way you decide. Pricing, communication and handover can all run through your studio.
Every package is quoted line by line from your drawings and the material schedule: carcass board, shutter finish, hardware brand and installation. Pricing depends on the scope and specification, so we do not publish a rate card; send the drawings and we will come back with an itemised quote.
Shutters and panels are cut, edge-banded and finished in our workshop, then installed on site, so edges, laminate and veneer faces are cleaner than fully site-made work. Hardware is fixed to the brand and model specified in your schedule.
We agree a schedule against your drawings and the site's readiness, including when civil, electrical and false-ceiling work must be done before installation. A site supervisor from our team stays responsible for each job and shares progress updates with you.
